== Vorarbeiten ==<br />
Zuerst kontrollieren Sie bitte ob alle benötigtem Teile vollständig und unbeschädigt vorliegen.<br />
Die Leitung ist falls noch nicht geschehen auf die benötigte Länge zu schneiden.<br />

== Vorbereiten der Leitung ==<br />
Die 5 pol. Leitung ist auf beiden Seiten für ca. 3cm abzumanteln und die nun freiliegenden Einzeladern abzuisolieren.<br />

Es sollte wie auf dem unteren Foto zu sehen etwa 1cm isoliert verbleiben, die abisolierten Enden werden dann verdrillt! und verzinnt.<br />
Die verzinnten Enden bitte auf ca. 1cm Länge kürzen, in Anschluss die Teile der Griffschalen und Gehäuseverschraubung wie auf dem Foto zu sehen auf die vorbereitete Leitung fädeln.<br />

== Steckverbinder anlöten ==<br />
Das Buskabel wird 1:1 durchverbunden das heißt Pin 1 des Steckers wird mit Pin 1 der Buchse verbunden, Pin 2 mit Pin 2 usw.<br />
Das wird am einfachsten erreicht indem die die grün/gelbe Ader jeweils in den Pin1 Kontakt von Stecker und Buchse gelötet wird.<br />
Die restlichen Adern werden einfach der Reihe nach in die freien Kontakte gelötet, es wird nichts gekreuzt oder vertauscht.<br />
Wie auf dem 2. Foto zu sehen zählt die Buchse (links auf dem Foto) rechts herum, der Stecker aber links herum.<br />
Dadurch kommen beim zusammenstecken von Stecker und Buchse die Pins 1:1 zusammen.<br />
Die Kontaktnummern sind im Kunststoff der Steckverbinder eingeprägt, bitte ruhig mal schauen.<br />

== Montage ==<br />
Nun kontrollieren Sie bitte ob alle Lötstellen einwandfrei ausgeführt worden sind und keine Kurzschlüsse auftreten.<br />
Auch die richtige Belegung sollte nochmals überprüft werden.<br />
Im Anschluss zuerst bitte nur die Griffschale auf den Stekverbinder aufdrehen und festziehen, erst im Anschluss den Gummiring und den Klemmkäfig gegen die Griffschale schieben und die Überwurfmutter aufdrehen und festziehen.<br />

Nach Abschluss aller Arbeiten wird das Buskabel vor dem ersten Einsatz mit einem Multimeter auf korrekte Beschaltung und Kurzschlüsse untersucht.<br />
Es ist jeweils Durchgang von Pin 1 des Steckers zu Pin 1 der Buchse dann Pin 2 zu Pin 2 usw. zu prüfen.<br />
Im Abschluss ist Jeweils auf Kurzschlüsse zwischen den Kontakten zu prüfen.<br />
